Q. Do you build gowns from scratch?
A. Yes. We can build gowns from raw materials, combining a bride's favorite elements of several different dresses to make a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. We also take vintage gowns and update them for brides who want to modernize a family treasure. And of course, we alter just about anything!
Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. We offer flexible turnaroud times to meet your needs. As the only emergency bridal alterations service in Central Virginia, we offer everything from standard turnaround to same-day and next-day emergency alterations services. Call us to see how we can facilitate your timeframe.
Q. What should I bring to my dress fitting?
A. Bring the shoes you plan to wear with the dress (or a pair with the same heel height), any undergarments you plan to wear with the dress, and, of course, don't forget to bring the dress. You are also welcome to bring guests with you.
Q. Do you alter suits?
A. Unfortunately, we do not offer tailoring for suits or tuxedos at this time.
